If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, we’re here to offer our assistance. You are eligible for a full reimbursement of the money within 3 calendar days of your purchase. After this period, you will no longer be entitled for a refund.
The product you want to return must be in the exact same condition that you received it. It should be undamaged in any way. The item must be in original packing too. If the product is damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.
After we receive your return, our team of professionals will inspect it to make sure it wasn’t put to any use and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
